Overview
Every person in your organization has a role that determines what they can access and do. There are four roles, each with a different level of control.Roles
Owner
The Owner has full control over the organization. This role is automatically assigned to the person who created the account. There is one Owner per organization.- Manage all workspaces, members, audiences, and segments
- Access developer settings and API keys
- See all content across every workspace
Admin
Admins have the same day-to-day capabilities as the Owner. They can manage the organization, invite team members, and access all workspaces.- Manage workspaces, members, audiences, and segments

- Invite new members and update roles
- See all content across every workspace
Member
Members can create and work with audiences and segments, but only within the workspaces they’ve been assigned to. This is the default role for new invitations.- Create, edit, and manage audiences and segments
- Access only assigned workspaces
- Cannot manage organization settings, members, or workspaces
- Cannot access developer settings or API keys
Viewer
Viewers have read-only access. They can browse audiences and apply existing filters, but cannot create or modify content.- View audiences and segments in assigned workspaces
- Search and apply existing filters
- Download existing exports
- Cannot import audiences, create segments, or generate summaries

Changing a Member’s Role
Owners and Admins can change any team member’s role from Settings > Members. Role changes take effect immediately.What’s Next?
